Built company from two in a spare bedroom to approximately 900 employees. In addition to all general management, sales, and delivery responsibilities, responsible for overall marketing, employee development, product development, account management, and client services. Directly responsible for company P&L, as well as day-to-day operations of the firm to ensure optimal operational efficiencies, while driving product development, marketing, business development, strategic positioning, 3rd party relationships and profitability.  Developed corporate strategy leading the company from $0 in revenue to $450M in less than 10 years  Developed the operational plan to execute business leading to unprecedented client retention  Identified and developed relationships and client strategies with VP and C level executives that have led to multi-million dollar contracts with Fortune 100 pharmaceutical clients  Developed and implemented web-based, enterprise level solutions in Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and medical device companies, including the world’s 7 largest pharmaceutical companies.  Achieved corporate growth objectives through organic and inorganic means.
